Ok so now its round 4, which in my opinion was the best round of the game.
Cygnar Turn 4.
So Haley and her Stormwall are being threatened by several sides. With this in mind its time to slaughter lots of cryx.
Haley uses hear feat (one extra shot per model) and casts 2 chain lightings one of them leaped to 6 targets! So suddenly instead of being surrounded by cryx she is surrounded by charred corpses.
Journeyman recasts arcane shield. Bet he is getting fed up with Adomonia which is undoing his work all the time.
Stormwall forfeits his movement because of deathchill and starts blazing with his guns. Doing 3 shots with his main guns and 2D3 Shots with the smaller miniguns. He killed Darragh’s horse leaving the cryx necromancer on foot…and a bit pissed off! With the rest of his fire power he shredded more cryx minions. Also with a new pod launched it was time to zap even more!
Storm smiths joined the zapping party!
Arlen and the Lancer keep on fighting the bane thralls…still.
So this is how the table looked after cygnar counter attacked the advancing cryx.
Journeyman warcaster: “Captain Haley! We are Surrounded by a cryx horde!”
Captain Haley: “Awsome! More targets to choose from!”
Zap zap and pew pew.
Captain Haley: “I love the smell of burning cryx in the morning.”
Cryx Turn 4
Withershadow combine dispelled the arcane shield from the Stormwall… again.
Tartarus charged the gun mages but didn’t manage to kill any.
Bane thralls continued their battle against the Lancer and Arlen… really guys… nothing happened in this flank.
So Lich Lord Asphyxious was getting annoyed that he lost a big portion of his minions and the few remaining ones were just being incompetent.
He moves forward and Summons his Spectral Legion to the battle. His Specters consisting of 9 Bane Knights and 1 Bane Thrall charged the Stormwall, hunter and Journeyman warcaster. The hunter got wrecked and the journeyman got slain. But the Stormwall stood still with 3 damage boxes left.
Darragh Wrath still mad about the loss of his horse casts hellfire and destroys the cygnar colossus.
So at the end of the turn the Spectral legion vanishes back to the abyss.
